Free Shipping over $249 for the Continental USA: Please note this is our most economical shipping options. We offer this Free option but it does not guarantee delivery time, ship time, or service. If you wish to receive your package expedited, please consider upgrading to expedited service. Note: Ground Service from any company does not guarantee delivery time though they give you estimates. Only Air and Next Day Services are guaranteed (so long as they are ordered before daily cutoff of 12pm (Noon) CST).

Shipping Cutoff Times: 2pm CST Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday and Friday. 

Restock & RMA: Please note any package returned will be subject to a 30% restock fee to cover out bound shipping costs, packaging, customer service, etc. Please see our full RMA details here before ordering or returning product to make sure your package qualifies for return. Canceled orders: Order processing fees from card and processing companies are unavoidable on our end and unrefundable after an order has been processed/purchased by the customer. Regardless of shipment status, if an order is cancelled we will deduct 4% from your refund as we are not refunded this amount either.  No exceptions. Please be sure of your order before placing an order.

International Packages: Please note we work hard to ship International packages as quickly as possible. Due to added papework and other associated tasks these packages sometimes do not go out same day. Contact us if you have immediate need to verify we can expedite shipping.

Day of Shipment: Please note our cutoff time is 12PM (Noon) CST, any packages ordered after that will not go out until the following day.  Please note, we do not ship on weekends.  Orders placed on weekends will ship the following week in the order they are replaced unless expedited shipping is chosen.
