Very nice quality piece. Going on a complete rebuild of a drag car so have not used it yet. The only thing I would change is the length of the wires. Has a very nice connector but wires will not make it all the way to a switch so means a but connector or attached to a terminal strip. Make the wires longer so don’t have to make connections if not wanting to.

The sensor port needs to be moved about another quarter inch further away from the line port. As you could see on this 2000 PSI sensor I ground the hex off of it that is used to tighten it down and it still barely cleared. I ended up destroying the sensor trying to make two tightening divots in it to use with a spanner wrench to get it to work. This is a simple remedy in the design of the part but sadly it shows that these guys haven't tested this in an install with a sensor.

I just wish there was an option to order their parts without their logos all over them, looks kind of tacky with the logo on every single part they make when you open the hood. This is the reason I try to avoid purchasing their parts if they will be seen when you open the hood or in the interior

I have been running a TCI line lock for 20 years and it has been great except for the current draw. I use it frequently as a short term parking brake and it draws a few amps which can run the battery down. Since I have a project that requires re-routing the brake line, I figured it would be good to replace my old line lock and might as well use the low amp draw TBM. It looks great and I appreciate that it doesn’t require pipe thread adapters.

This TBM brake line lock works great! and looks like it is built well and will last a long time.
It fit nicely on my frame rail by the master cylinder on my drag race car and was easy to hook up.
I highly recommend it to any one needing a brake line lock.

My cheaper no name brand line lock never worked 100%. Swapped this one in and the car doesn’t move at all while activated. Would highly recommend this one!

Not installed yet but looks to be a nice unit. If you want something different from hurst I would say get this just purely to be different.

I had a moroso line lock kit that I could not get to stop leaking. I decided to buy another one and googled line lock, saw that TBM made one and didn't even see or care how much it cost I just bought it. Received it within a couple days and was thrilled. Went to install it and ran into some issues. It doesn't come with mounting hardware, which is fine I just had to go to the hardware store to get some. Where I wanted to install the solenoid is a flat piece of the fender apron. The round solenoid portion of the unit sticks out past the mounting flange so I had to use some washers to space it out so it would sit flush and not at an angle. I understand to save weight and can appreciate that. Granted these little things would not deter me from buying it again for my other cars. I am happy to say no more leaks and less current draw and holds the fronts just like they are supposed too. Thanks again.
